Mexican Corn Pie
Combine and pour into greased 9'' pie pan
2 C leftover raw or cooked corn, cut from ears
3/4 C milk
1/4 K cooked ground beef
1 diced green pepper
1 diced onion
(1 C grated cheese sprinkled on top is also good.) Bake 30 min (or until crust is set) at 350°. Serve with favorite taco sauce and salad.
