1 pkg lime jello in
1/2 C boiling water
1/3 C sugar
1/2-1 t mint-peppermint flavoring
1 lg can evap milk, well-chilled*
When stiff, fold jello mixture into the milk. Pour into bread pan or pie pan lined with graham cracker crust and freeze several hours or overnight.
*2-3 hours in frig or 15-20 minutes in bowl in freezer.
